- »New Online Jackpot Casino Game: Cyberpunk City
As 2020 gets underway, most online slot game developers are putting together their new games for release. Ignition Casino had its latest game ready to go. Cyberpunk City is a progressive jackpot game for Aussie online casinos, and the jackpot is already past $46,000.
This jackpot slot followed a late-2019 release of Caesar’s Victory, another game exclusively on Ignition and Bovada online casinos.
Let’s take a look at both of the new Bovada Gaming releases.
Cyberpunk City Introduction
A unique game with a unique theme, Cyberpunk City puts a wildly-outfitted women with a purple mohawk hairdo and a laser gun in charge of it all. She will guide players around the futuristic game and shoot her laser through the wins to give the player the payouts.
Created by Bovada Gaming for Ignition Casino and Bovada sites, the game features a soundtrack of electronic music. The background is a rainy street in a futuristic city, and the slot symbols are neon. The graphics are quite crisp and keep the game from blending into the dark background.
Bovada Jackpot Sit And Go Jackpot
The game grid offers five reels and three rows with 20 paylines.
Cyberpunk City Payouts
The minimum bet in the game is $0.01 and can increase up to a max bet of $5.00 per spin. The maximum win per paid spin is 40,000x the bet per line.
The symbols are set to pay out with a $0.02 bet as follows, with five on a payline:
- Man on green neon = $25
- Man on blue neon = $5
- Woman on pink neon = $2
- Virtual reality guy on yellow neon = $1.50
- A or K = $1.25 each
- Q, J, 10, or 9 = $1.00 each
Ignition players can try out the game in demo mode for free before playing for real money. This gives players the chance to check out the features and the action in advance of choosing a stake.
Cyberpunk City Features
There are several features in Cyberpunk City, the biggest being the progressive jackpot. This is triggered randomly while a player is competing for real money. At the time of this review’s publication, the jackpot exceeded $46,000.
Expanding wilds appear on the middle reel. The very muscular man with a laser eye substitutes for any symbol except the scatter.
The random wild applies to any of the four top-paying symbols, any of which can change into a wild.
There is a regular wild, which is a red “wild” symbol and substitutes for anything but scatters. It triples the payline and appears in the base game only.
Orange cyberpunk symbols are electric and serve as the scatters. When the “cyber” appears on the first reel and “punk” on the fifth reel, that triggers the bonus round of free spins. The player is automatically granted 10 spins, during which the wins are multiplied by three. Free spins can be retriggered if the scatter symbols appear again during bonus play.
Previous Release: Caesar’s Victory
This game appeared just before the end of 2019, also as a progressive jackpot slot. Bovada Gaming released this game for Ignition and Bovada online casino players, too, though this jackpot is lower. At the time of publication, the jackpot exceeded $2,000.
Caesar’s Victory harkens back to the days of Rome, and the music is reminiscent of a classic movie about Caesar and his days at the Colosseum.
This slot has fewer special features than Cyberpunk City, but there are still numerous chances to win.
Caesar’s Victory Details
The 5×3 game offers 20 paylines and offers a wide range of dollar amounts per spin. The maximum win is 40,000x bet per line per spin.
Playing at the lowest bet and with four on a payline, these are the symbol payouts:
- Caesar = 2,500x
- Horse = 100x
- Cleopatra = 2,500x
- Helmet = 500x
- Shield = 200x
- Chariot chair = 150x
- A or K = 125x each
- Q, J, 10, or 9 = 100x each
Caesar is a wild and appears on the first four reels during base play. He substitutes for all symbols except the scatter horse and triples the payline prize of a winning combination in which he plays a role.
The smiling horse is the scatter symbol. He is required to appear for free spins. At least one Caesar on reels one through four can be combined with a horse on the fifth reel to award 10 free spins. All prizes won during free spins are doubled. During the bonus round, Caesar can also appear on the fifth reel, and horses change to Caesar or Cleopatra for bigger payouts. Any Caesar appearing during free spins awards an extra five spins per symbol.
Importantly, the jackpot is triggered at ransom and can be won at the end of any spin.
